Terms and Conditions:
- Items are largely instock, unless specified otherwise. Please check in-stock availability in the posts below, or feel free to drop us an inquiry anytime. We will respond to you within 24 hours unless the shop is closed and we are out of town.

In-stock spree
- Please email your orders to myspreestore@gmail.com
- Minimum order quantity is 15 pieces of masks - can be eye masks or face masks combined. If less than 15 masks are ordered, buyers are charged 50 cents for handling fees and actual postage costs incurred (we will quote you the postage costs via email).
- Prices are different for meetups at Pasir Ris and for items mailed via normal postage. For scheduled meetups at Pasir Ris on weekends, we pass on the savings in postage costs back to you! There would be limited meetups on weekdays as we'll be busy working~~
- Our promise to you is that items will be packed nicely and will be sent. We throw away items that do not meet our quality control. However, we will not be responsible for any damage done during the course of shipping, and are not responsible for items lost during the course of normal postage (there is no way to track the packages once items are sent). However, lost mails are rare. Please consider using registered postage: buyers have to top up $2.30 extra.
- Once order is confirmed, your items will be reserved for a maximum of three days. Please transfer the amount to our bank accounts during this period. Once payment is confirmed, your items will be sent out within two working days - we will drop you another note to let you know expected date of arrival so you could keep a lookout in the mail.
- For meetups at Pasir Ris on weekends, payment has to be transferred by 5pm on Friday - so that you are eligible for the meetup.

Payeasy spree
- Please email your orders to myspreestore@gmail.com
- For each item ordered, please give us the item name in Chinese, the item URL (copy and paste from the browser), color/type (if applicable), and quantity. We will be able to estimate the international shipping costs for you.
- We will check through the orders and confirm them with you via email.
- Items will be confirmed and added to the item count only after receipt of payment to either of our bank accounts.
- Please join spree only if you can wait as we accumulate orders so as to keep shipping costs low. However if you order >10 items, we will host a spree just for you~ Items arrive one to two weeks after spree closes.
- Exchange rates will be determined at the start of the spree.
- There will be no additional charges if you choose our scheduled meetups at Pasir Ris on weekends. You pay only item cost, 15% agent fees, and international shipping costs.
- After items arrive, if you choose to collect your items via normal postage, there would be 50 cents handling per item and you incur actual postage costs. This includes bubble wrap, postage materials, etc. Your items would be sent only after you send us the top-up amount required.
- We will not be responsible for any damage done during the course of shipping, and are not responsible for items lost during the course of normal postage (there is no way to track the packages once items are sent). However, lost mails are rare. Please consider using registered postage: buyers have to top up $2.30 extra.

Placing Orders

1) Select the masks that you would like to order.
You may mix and match the masks into one postage. Masks are sold at fixed prices with postage costs inclusive. 


2) Email your orders to myspreestore@gmail.com


3) Indicate method of collection
As prices include postage, if you did not indicate meetups, default will be by postage within three working days upon receipt of payment as long as masks are in-stock!
Meetups at Pasir Ris on most weekends (min. 15 masks)
Meetups at City Hall on selected weekends (min. 30 masks). You will be advised date/time accordingly. 


4) Calculate total amount accordingly and send your payment to POSB Savings 170-24149-5.
Email to myspreestore@gmail.com for other bank accounts. Do not send inter-bank payments please!


5) Enter payment details in the order form or email to myspreestore@gmail.com with your payment details.
For ATM transfers, please indicate amount + place and time of transaction asap. For internet banking, please provide amount + i-banking nick + transaction references. Kindly indicate transaction references just in case your payment is not received.


6) Allow one-two days for order and payment confirmation via email.
All correspondences will be done via email so ensure your email is correct! :)


After your order/payment

a) Out-of-stock items
In the order + payment confirmation email, I will inform you if items are out of stock. Even for in-stock sprees, some items may have run out before I manage to update the inventory table. 
Thereafter you will be asked to replace with other available items or to provide your a/c number for refunds.

b) All items available

i. NORMAL / REGISTERED Post - You will be informed via email when items are posted out together with an estimated arrival date. Items will be sent out within three working days when spree ends!
My Spree Store will ensure the parcel leaves in good condition. However we will not be held responsible for SingPost's delivery process.

ii. MEETUPS - Check eligibility (>30 masks). Those eligible and who indicated meetups will be advised on a meetup date/time/venue.



After spree closes
Look out for the masks in your mailbox during the estimated arrival date and enjoy using the masks!~

Dear spree-ers!~

Due to overwhelming response, spree closing in early on 12 JUN 2008 8PM. 
Afterwhich I will be traveling overseas on holiday, I am flying off 13th Jun and will not be able to respond to any emails!~ I've arranged with supplier to send the masks somewhere in third week of June and I can start sending them out when I return home last week of Jun :)

[1 Jul update] The last package has been sent as of 30 Jun. 
Most of you should have received your eye/nose/face masks by tomorrow 2 Jul latest. Enjoy using the masks!~

Thanks for all your emails! In order to make my face mask spree #2 a better one, I hope you guys can indicate your interest in the following masks. This helps in my ordering and please answer accurately. While this is not a commitment on your part to purchase the masks, I might order a few popular ones extra so you can get the masks faster (in-stocks)! :)

I'm trying my best to keep to these prices (very tempted to raise prices of masks to $0.90 for Dainty Design & Hokkaido Lover because reorders at smaller amounts cost more). Thus please be patient if you request for masks that I don't have in stock and wait for the new spree's items to arrive. Or indicate if you're willing to pay more and I'll spree more often.
